What are the commitments?

The onboarding process involves meeting monthly as a cohort and meeting with a capacity lead and/or fellowship lead to coordinate preparation + selection for the fellow:

  • DATE TBD, Jul
  • DATE TBD, Aug

After the onboarding process, at minimum, you will meet monthly for at least an hour with:

  • Capacity Building Lead, to collaborate and discuss on capacity building projects for the organization
  • Fellowship Lead, to check in, troubleshoot, and collaborate in supporting the fellow and your relationship as the supervisor

Quarterly meetings as a Learning Cohort with the other host organizations once the fellowship programming kicks off:

  • TENTATIVELY – 2025: First Fridays – Nov
  • TENTATIVELY – 2026: First Fridays – Jan, Apr, Aug, Nov
  • TENTATIVELY – 2027: First Fridays – Jan, Apr, Jun
