RVC staff have been working remotely at home since March 2020. We will offer a hybrid schedule option for staff starting in Fall 2021 and may have some in person gatherings like quarterly retreats, staff celebrations, and meetings with our program partners in the near future. All employees are expected to reside in the Greater Seattle area by their date of hire and we can work with prospective candidates who are ready to make Seattle their home. We value safety and we are proud that our entire staff is almost 100% fully vaccinated.
As we consider what a post-pandemic life means for all of us, our main priorities at RVC are to make decisions with staff input, support each other through the emotions that come with change, to uphold safety protocols when in person with staff and partners, and to keep a work and life balance we value at RVC.
