This past year was a heavy one here at RVC. From starting with the joy from our Block Party to ending with a staff of 9 after a reduction in force, we’ve gone through our share of ups and downs.
As we reflect back on the past year, we celebrate the wins, acknowledge the hardships, and name the lessons that have led us to this point.
