For the past two months our fellows have been immersed in the work at their respective organizations. It has been an honor to watch them navigate, address, and rise to the challenges and needs of their communities.
RVC staff has the unique privilege of witnessing the fellows’ growth, passion, leadership development, and hard work. The diversity in their leadership styles, experiences and perspectives are so vast. Their critical analysis of challenges facing communities of color and their innovative solutions are endless and inspiring.
We love our fellows and they’re our motivation here at RVC. That is why we created a space for them to document their journey and to share with the community their ideas, challenges, solutions and hopes. Each month two fellows will be featured to contribute and share their thoughts.
